Bio
Junichi Ito was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. He moved to New York City in 2005 to express his unique style of blending shadow and light with unique or mundane shapes. He gained a special affinity for the technical challenges that the still-life genre had to offer. Junichi approaches still life photography with both a graphic and conceptual eye. His interesting lighting techniques have been seen in both editorial and commercial venues such as; V Magazine, V Man, Exit, Vogue, KOSE, TDK, and Marlboro just to name a few.
